I don't believe it is possible to stream windows media videos. Codec issues and such. The E61 supports .3gp (H.263), MP4, and RealVideo. Here is a site that has streams that work so you can see how it should look. He uses .3gp http://www.zoovision.com/

I know nothing of the LG, but the 815 is a good solid phone, providing it's not crippled by your provider (depends where you buy it). Big screen, excellent colours and multimedia abilities. Not quite in the same league as my A920 though.
