Sometimes the solution are the small things, you might wanna check if you are plugging your usb cord in front or at the back of the computer. Sometimes the usb slot in front of a computer cannot perform some tasks especially if it involves gigabytes of information. Thats becasue its just an extension usb slot and not the main usb slot of your pc that has access to the main power supply. Always use the back usb slot on your pc especially if its not a direct usb connetion and you are using a usb cord.
