That entirely depends on the level of competency and skill the person who is doing it has. You can range from either wasting the price of the fork oil to having a properly done job found at a race bike suspension shop. Both will cost the same but the actual results vary greatly.

I've used those 518 bars, they are very comfortable but on long rides they killed my wrists because of the cocked angle they are at I then removed those and put a set of 12" apes on and I really like them so far, have gone on as long as a 6 hr ride with no trouble. Handlebars are a crap shot...
