Sounds like it may be the transfer case, that's an unusual problem. Or maybe the right brake caliper is sticking, you can grease them up to fix.

If it's not more than 15 yrs old, just polish witha clearcoat safe polish, then wax it dude. That's what makes paint look new again!

Your roof is not too thin, you could bolt a TV mount to it. The bolts would bust thru tho. Maybe you could glue a board to the headliner. Then it would be sweet nothings.
