Will a 215/35/18 tires with rims work on a Toyota Camry 1996 LE v6 without any

problems or adjustments? Will these work on my Camry because it has the same bolt pattern 5x114.3 as the stock but it is like 3/4 of an inch shorter in height than the stock? The stock is 205/65/15. Will I have to do any adjustments to my Camry like the Speedometer or something?
 
3" is quite a bit. The total tire diameter is 3/4" LESS than the stock? If that's TRUE it would fit, kinda hard to believe. Your speedo wouldn't be off much if that 3/4" is right.
