It's not probably. You are buying a new Motor. You've already ran the Motor dry, the Bearings are shot. Just tow it to a Mechanic you like and get a new Motor.

Nope. Not ever. You can buy a N/A or TT model and convert it to single Turbo. There are TONS of kits to choose from for any horsepower level you could possibly want.

There is no such thing as a Car built for Males or Females. Simply does not exist. Plenty of people of both sexes buy them because they kick ass and get good MPG. Tell him to stop worrying about stupid things.

How much room do you want? The Pruis gets better MPG but it's slightly smaller than the Camry. Although they have made huge gains in interior room. Either way go Toyota ;).

There's about a million ways to answer this question. I would recommend it as your daily/only driver. The best to get is a '93-'97 Twin Turbo 6 speed. But they are expensive now, and only getting more valuable. If you plan on modding it, you can get something cheaper and just replace/upgrade...

I don't see how they can say it's not a power-train issue. It's the freaking transmission! The only reason why there would be a recall is if it happened to a lot of people. They are jerking you around. Tell them it's a transmission issue, therefore it's power-train and if they don't want to...

It does just fine as long as you're smart about it. No amount of Technology is going to make up for human error. Like trying to drive 40 MPH down a steep Hill with a Stop Sign at the Bottom. Having all 4 wheels getting power is a always good. It will help. But don't think you are invincible...
