    Grace is so tired and worn out it needs to disappear. Any name you need to provide a pronunciation for can easily become a burden, toss them. I think you need to start over.

    Remember that the meat will not brown at all in a crock pot and this is what helps give the whole deal flavor but whatever. Are you sure it's 12 pounds? Gad, that will take forever.

    Cook at the lower temp, fries wil just need to be cooked longer. Baking the 425 item at 450 will dry them out and make them hard.

    It is entirely possible to get a orange cast to the skin from eating a lot of carrots, the caratine does that but you have to eat a LOT of carrots.

    Anything fried or greasy will bother you. You will really just have to test it out and see what does and does not agree with you since everyone is really individual on this.

    I have only ever heard homestlye used in reference to the way food is served. Homestyle is when the food is placed in serving bowls and then they are passed around as opposed to putting each persons meal on individual plates and serving the meal that way.

    what does 10c mean in the cooking terms?

    That must be an old recipe, haven't seen that in awhile, it refers to the can size, in this case a c, that would be that can of Hersheys syrup that had but I haven't seen those for a long time either.
