i dont know if the building was hit by lightning or something but my phone just keeps turning on and off, i put in the password and it goes on for a minute then turns off again, then turns itself back on.. Any ideas of how to fix it? Is it like a battery surge or something?

is there anyway to get ringtones directly to my phone if i have them saved to my desktop? only folders i see when i open it up with the computer are music and playlist.
