It may have ended up as a parody, but I'm not sure that was the intention. Similarly, you may have found it had comedic value, but unlike the Scary Movie films, I doubt it was intentional. If it set out to be a horror film, but ended up feeling like a comedy, surely that means it's badly missed...

I've been on my own a few times, felt awkward the first time but not since then. It's nice being able to concentrate on the film. Different people have different tastes to me anyway. I thought it was more like a Steven Seagal flick starring someone who could act. It was highly entertaining though if also highly implausible.

The Shaun of the Dead TV edit is atrocious, but the scenes are on the DVD version, so you get the feeling they did that on purpose... and oh yes, ITV... again...

It's called "Extreme" (which I have) in my area and that's the absolute fastest tier that can be had at the present moment. Clearly every market is different.
