    More than likely it's going to overpower your voice speakers. 4000w of bass is a lot of bass plus you got 2 15's so thats super loud on the lows. It would be best to upgrade your voice speakers add some tweeters and power your voice speakers with an individual amp rather that your stereo.

    When your car is turned on, your alternator and battery running together should run at 14.4v or higher. When your bass hits your voltage shouldn't drop below 14.4v or your going to need a high-output alternator.

    Make sure that their are no pieces of copper from the wire on the inside of the connections touching. Disconnect your amp and clean the connectors out to make sure nothing is touching.

    You need to make a little slit through your trunk carpet and then scratch the paint off of the metal. Place your ground where you scratch the paint off and make sure your ground is short.

    Your tahoe will hold up. Might want to look at a deep cycle yellow top battery. Other than that it should hold up well.

    Try getting an Optima Yellow Top Battery. Those are designed specifically for audio systems. Sounds like you amp does run out of power and tries to protect itself from messing up. The capacitor isn't really going to change anything.
