How big of a capacitor do I need for a jl 12w3v3 with a rockford fosgate punch 300 amp?

I would say you definetly dont even need one. Sub a low power system, why bother. I dont really believe in them anyways, they are just a bandaid at best. Upgrade the "big three" wires under your hook. Google big three car audio upgrade and you will see.

i have 2 rockford fosgate p2's in my car and looking for an upgrade..?

First off, just changing subs isnt going to change the "loudness" very much. If you want substantally louder bass, you need a bigger/more powerful amp. Or, if you have a sealed box, a ported box will produce more output as well. In fact, if you just change subs, you might not even be able to...

    2 kenwood 12's or 2 10" kicker L7?

Apples to oranges dude. Kenwoods are generally lower priced entry level subs. The kickers are just bigger, heavier, can handle more power It depends on the amp! The kenwoods will do better with a lower power amp, but if you can afford a big powerful amp, the kickers will be louder. So, figure...

    I have a kicker 700.5?

RE is a good brand, but I would only recommend the SRX or REX series for your amp. Any of the higher ones would be a waste with sub little power. Since the sub section of your amp isnt powerful, theres no benefit to getting huge massive 1000 watt subs or anything like that.

What would be the best amp(1 ohm stable) for my 4 kicker comps?

Ah we have another clown who knows little about car audio trying to answer all the questions - mike jones. MIKE JONES-- kenwood does NOT make an 1800 watt amplifier, so stop saying that. Thats a 500 watt amp, you are quoting the PEAK or MAX power which means NOTHING! try something like this...

What is wrong with my Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Well, it seems like your engine ingested a bunch of water. If so, the engine is likely blown from hydrolock. Drain the oil, you should be able to tell if that extra capacity is water. It might be harder to tell on a dipstick. Best idea would probably be just getting a used engine. Could be...

Should you put your better speakers in the front or back of your car?

No, the better speakers should always be in front. It sounds weird coming from the rear, when you listen to music at home, or at a concert, the sound is coming from the front. Its called a front soundstage. Most serious sound quality competitors ONLY have front speakers or a "front stage", and...

i am buying new speakers for my car?

First off, no regular interior speakers are 300 watts. You must be looking at a peak or max power rating, which means nothing. Your deck can power them fine, but an amp would make them sound a lot better and louder.

i need to know what amp would be the best for my rockford fosgate component speakers?

get a single 4 channel amp, it will power all four speakers. The RMS watt output should be around 40-80 watts. Ignore peak power. Dont buy cheap flea market crap amps.

    car audio remote wire question?

It should be ok actually. In fact, I have run multiple amps along with 12v cooling fans off the remote wire (not recommended) But your situation should be no problem.... Give it a shot. If it was to be too much, the head unit has a protection for the remote wire incase it shorts to ground. Just...

    Car Audio Subwoofer Question?

The RCA cable only really matters when you are using an amp to power interior speakers as you want the best noise rejection possible. A 10 dollar RCA cable is fine for a basic amp/sub setup. You need the correct size power cord depending on how many amps are being pulled and how long the wire...

    2001 dodge ram 1500 V8 5.9 litre on gas?

Expect 12-14 mpg, if that, on those short trips to work. So you can kinda do the math right there. Figure out the mileage you will drive and do the math. I think you would be able to, not the best choice by any means, but I remember being younger and just NEEDING cars i didnt really need haha.

Mu kicker amp l5 is hooked up to a small 210 watt rms amp, if i get a 850

That sub NEEDS power as its a bit inefficient, has a heavy cone, big magnet. If you dont want to buy another amp, a ported box would make a difference (if its not in a ported box already). That increase in power might make you think twice about getting another sub, either way you need more power!

Will two 15's fit in a Honda Accord?

It might be hard to fit a box for 2 15's in there. You might consider one huge 15 or two powerful 12's. Some of these subs are so huge and handle so much power, 2000 clean watts and a single sub can outdo lesser systems with more subs.

2009 Focus "moon & tune" package vs standard stereo?

Most car makers count tweeters as a speaker too. IE, the woofer in the door is one, the tweeter in the A pillar is one, etc. They usually count every single component as a speaker. I do believe it is an upgrade from the standard focus stereo.
