What's a better sub? An Infinity Kappa Perfect 12" or a Rockford Fosgate Punch 12"?

I would prefer the infinity. It has MUCH better sound quality! There are a ton of amps to choose from. Even a fosgate amp would be good.

Can I mix and match car audio accessories?

Absolutely, you do not need to keep all the brands the same. Once awhile some moronic newb will say this, but there is absolutely NO basis behind it. All professional shops use different brands with installs most of the time. (notice the newb who said exactly this right after me "castmoney")...

Kickers l7 12 inch vs 15 inch, queston!?

SLOWER RESPONSE IS A MYTH. Total newbie myth. A 15" L7 could be too much for a stock system if you amp it right. Same with a pair of 12's. You would even be happy with a single 12" L7. Subwoofer myths, here. Myth number 3 adresses the "slow" myth...

what's better rockford fostage p1 or kicker comp?

If you are not getting a bigger amp as well, simply dropping in different subs will not make much of a difference....

Nearly every stereo I have looked at has an output to supply 4 speakers so how could I

You CANT. The four speaker outputs on a head unit are for SPEAKERS ONLY. You cant run 6 because the head unit cannot handle that load. You absolutely need a seperate amp for subwoofers.

some more questions about my rockford t1000 bd and 15" kicker l'7s?

    1. If you got a PAIR of L7's, the correct dual 4 ohm versions, each sub would get 500 watts. This would sound slightly similar to a single one with 1000 watts. Although there are a few other variables at play, some say a pair has a "coupling" effect that adds around 3db. 2. A 1/2 ohm load is...

WAT SIZE AMP WOULD I PUT WITH THESE 2 12' KICKERS.?

Natasha is WRONG. This is a 4 ohm box. You need an amp that makes 800 watts RMS @ 4 ohms mono. Most common way to do this is to buy a 2 channel amp and bridge it. Something that makes 800 watts when bridged, the spec will read like this 800 watts RMS x1 @ 4 ohms mono (briged). Its hard to...

I have a rockford fosgate t1000bd n i was wondering if it would b better if i bridged...

Aaron is 100 percent right. You cant "bridge" a 1 channel mono amp. The pair of speaker outputs is technically bridged inside already, or paralleled together. Wire it either way you want.

whats a good system for a 2002 Pontiac Firebird?

For starters, this website has some pretty cool custom f-body boxes. http://www.subthump.com/acamarostealth.htm That particular body style is great for bass, even a single 10 will sound very loud due to the hatchback design. Are you just looking to add subs? Or speakers, everything? In my...

    Kicker L7 15" Question?

Yes, thats fine... an extra 250 watts isnt going to make a world of difference. Plus, like you said, it makes over 900 watts. A 750.1 and single L7 is a very popular combo. Remember the gain is NOT a volume knob... you can easily fry a sub by turning it too high.

Would 2 12" memphis pr subs be alright with a rockford fosgate 500 watt amp?

Well, they are both pretty good brands, so as long as the impedance matches up good, it will be a fine setup.
