Not really the best choice, MB quart amps dont make their rated power and are cheap. MB quart was bought out by a cheap flea market company awhile ago, and their amps arent all that great... it will work, and might be loud, but I would question the long term reliability of such a cheap amp...

Sometimes its hard to find 1 ohm stable amps under 1000 watts. MTX and fosgate make them i believe. You can also wire a D2 sub to 4 ohms, so you can also get a big 2 channel amp and bridge it. Like a Kicker zx850.2
