good choice of subs. I have a feeling the 12: L7 will be louder. the 2 10" L5 will sound very good and have a more full sound. personally I have a 15" L7 and it shakes every bit of my car especially the mirrors, and when i'm at stop lights, it will shake parts of other people's cars around me...
