    Alien 5

Alien Resurrection was pretty decent for the first hour then with the exception of the underwater bit and the lab mutants it was a downhill slide from Michael Wincott dying way too early to the appearance of the godawful Newborn. Even Whedon hates it, and he wrote it!

    Name the worst remake

I think I'm being swayed over to your choice. My mind had blocked out the abomination that is the Day Of The Dead remake. I was so angry watching it I went dizzy for a few minutes....blood pressure probably. Shit, they'd even cast Logan as some suave George Clooney lookalike. Zombies crawling...

    Crash

After watching Brokeback Mountain at the cinema in January I was convinved that it should and would win the oscar. The final scene was one of the most moving scenes i have ever seen, and I found myself feeling haunted by the film for several days afterwarRAB. It is quite simply a stunning film...

    Fantastic 4

Von Doom's background is not connected at all with the cosmic cloud in the comic. He's just hideously scarred after an explosion in a lab, hence the metal mask. Also, Sue Storm was not really associated with Von Doom like she was in the movie. Really? Whilst I liked the Human Torch stuff, I...

    Hostel 2

I like gory films as well. I find small slices of gore (excuse the pun) are more powerful, as I can get past its the obvious special effects cutting in. But If you get a chance look at the trailer for the new Rambo film. A scene there where Rambo shoots a guard with a large machine gun is...

Peter Greenaway to direct next Bond film

I think it would be cool if Martin Campbell came back for the first film of Daniel Craig's successor, so he's kickstarted the Brosnan era, the Craig era and the next one! He shouldn't direct the third Craig film, it's too soon.

    I am Legend

I agree, can't see the point of a sequel. One thing I picked up on in that article (going off thread topic) was where it said, DUH!!!!! The Golden Compass is the first part of a trilogy of course there will be a sequel.

    Best Musical Ever?

I always cringe at least once watching most musicals, the only one that has never made me cringe is Nightmare Before Christmas, I can watch this musical over and over again, adore it. It's my best ever musical. I adored Mamma Mia! but I still cringed during certain scenes lol.

    Creepiest scene from a movie

Might be building sites bite at the end of the apache article. I recall a bottle of poison though and someone crawling under a tractor. Anyone know where we can see these videos? Just watched apaches on youtube. Bugger me. That girl screaming is horrible. Mummy mummy aaah. Its not the full one...

    Films that make you cry

LoaRAB... One that took me by surprise was Parenthood (yep the Steve Martin one :o). I'd watched it years ago but watched it the other week and it really got to me. Stuff about kiRAB and family gets me all weepy since I had my own kiRAB.
