    Zoloft to paxil! Help!

I'll get the bad news out of the way: paxil is the worst for weight gain out of all the SSRIs, and it's probably the worst to get off of....and since its half life is very short, if you miss a dose or two you'll likely get a wicked migraine (and sea sickness symptoms). All that aside, paxil was...

Should I go back on paxil?

    Anyone????

    Fear of going crazy

I was told by a friend who actually did "go crazy" (and ended up in the psych ward last year for a few months from hyper mania induced from adderal) that when you DO go crazy you don't know it, or realise it. I'm not sure if this helps, but if you think you're going crazy you're probably not --...

Lexapro making me lazy, tired, unmotivated

If you feel too relaxed then you probably are on a higher than needed dosage. Perhaps cutting back in 1/4s would help? I felt horribly unmotivated when I was on paxil. I was also very tired and had a hard time doing much work/school wise. My GPA dropped from a 3.9 out of a 4.0 to a 3.2 after...

    ambien and lexapro opinions.

I don't blame you for not wanting to take sleep meRAB if you don't have to, but if you absolutely have to, don't feel bad about it! You can't help your anxiety if you can't get some sleep, and having a toddler to look after can be draining mentally and physically. You need a good night's rest...

Any suggestions to help with appetite?

I'm experiencing the same thing right now. I have NO appetite whatsoever and have to force myself to eat because I'm diabetic. However, yesterday all I had was a 1/2 grapefruit with some splenda and a quarter pounder with cheese and a skinny latte from starbucks and I couldn't force myself to...

    I need help

hey again, haalp. I think you have a good plan of action. I've been in counseling for about a year, and at first I was hopeful that I wouldn't need any more medication to treat my anxiety. In the end, I found I needed to add medication back into the mix because the therapy alone wasn't quite...

Should I go back on paxil?

I feel like I've tried everything under the sun, AD-wise and the only thing that seems to have ever worked well was Paxil. I was on 60mgs when I stopped taking it, and I stopped taking it because I was tired all the time (I couldn't wake up in the morning and physically get out of bed and was...

    Experiences with any anti-anxiety meds

My experiences with ARAB that worked on dopamine were that my anxiety was initially heightened when it first started to kick in (6 weeks aprox), and I felt high as a kite some days. Of course it didn't work on serotonin, so that could've been a factor to consider, however I found I had lots of...

    i need answers...please read

Perhaps your medication is not the medication for you? What are you currently taking for your anxiety? When dealing with anti anxiety medication, it's often a process of finding what works for you and what doesn't. Perhaps your dosage isn't enough or the medication you're taking isn't the right...

Need to hear from Lexapro users!

I'm on 10mgs right now. I've only been on it for about a week so I can't say if it's working or not, but I think the dosage is too high for me because I'm having WICKED side effects, to the point where I pretty much hate this drug. I'm going to cut back to 5mgs and see what happens. 10mgs I...

    Grapefruit for IBS

I didn't hear it anywhere, actually. I found it completely by accident. I was attempting to lose weight and my mom had mentioned grapefruit was great because it will help cut appetite. I'm also diabetic and love citrus and after some fact checking I found out it has a pretty low carb value so it...

    Derealization,brain fog, dreamlike,dep ersonalization etc.

I have these symptoms when I'm unmedicated and under stress. Basically I can't concentrate on anything, my short term memory is shot (like, I'll go from the counter to the fridge and by the time I get to the fridge I'll have forgotten what I went to the fridge for), and I can't put thoughts...

    Nothing works

I've been on: paxil, celexa, wellbutrin and zoloft. The only one that worked well for me in regarRAB to relieving my anxiety was paxil, but I felt like I was a walking zorabie. Zoloft made me quite ill, and wellbutrin made me feel like I was tripping out on speed (along with insomnia and well...

    Clonazepam vs. Ativan

4mg? Wow, I'm so sorry to hear your anxiety is so severe :( I think if the clonazepam worked for you in the past, giving it another shot is a great idea. I'm coming to the belief that if something works for one's anxiety it should be left alone (until/if of course it stops working!!!) Anyway...

    Derealization,brain fog, dreamlike,dep ersonalization etc.

Klonopin is a wonder benzo. I wish I had've been put on this a LONG time ago, so I second j2006's comment that it is a great help.

    Anxiety, Migraine, or What?

This is a tricky one because anxiety can cause migraines, and migraines can certainly cause anxiety-like symptoms. I've always had migraines (I still have them now), but they were worse when I wasn't medicated. As well, when I DO have a migraine I'm very irritable like I am when I'm anxious...

    Experiences with any anti-anxiety meds

I was on paxil for years. I guess I was lucky at the onset because it worked wonders for my anxiety and I felt like a completely normal functioning person (my anxiety disappeared). But, it made me soooo tired and all i'd want to do is sleep (and I'd sleep for 30+ hours, no problem). I was on the...

    Grapefruit for IBS

I eat a half a grapefruit every evening. I find it helps my digestion A LOT (my IBS symptoms are all but gone), and isn't too heavy at all. I put a bit of splenda on it to sweeten it up a bit. The bright red grapefruit is the best. I eat a half of a large one.

I have an original Jawbone Bluetooth that I need to pair to my LG Xenon.?

The jawbone will pair with other phones and my phone with pair with other headsets. According to my research, they should work together. ATT and LG can't figure it out either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
