Unfortunately no, you can't download it. You Can go to any HD Dealer and order it though, they are around $20 and WELL worth the expense. If you intend on doing ANY work to the bike yourself, also invest in the FACTORY Service and Electrical Diagnostics Manuals....Clymer and Haynes are JUNK...
I actually doubt the rear is running rich, it is more likely that you have an intake or exhaust leak at the front and someone had jetted the bike rich to compensate for this. Since the single carb feeds both cylinders, an intake leak on one cylinder will make that one lean, causing the opposite...

If you swapped carbs, and it then ran fine, it sounds like you MAY ave pinched the diaphragm in your carb when you changed it....from the description of symptoms, this sounds exactly like what a ripped/pinched diaphragm does. Pull the carb top off and double check it.
