I cant find the conversion kits for harley davidson swing arms that allow you to use a 250 back tire also i want a open primary and extended front forks if anyone can tell me manufactures name or websites that carry these items. I need them to fit on a Harley Davidson Night Train

You must not be looking too hard, those kits are everywhere in every catalog and magazine....see links below.

With the mods you are looking to make, you are simply better off buying a new frame designed for the style you want.

Converting a stock frame to a wide drive bigger than a 200, require offsetting the entire primary drive to accomodate belt clearances. This SEVERELY affects the handling due to a large offset of weight to the left, the bike will fall into left turns and fight you on right turns. The only way to compensate for this is to use a right-side drive transmission, which requires a frame designed for a RSD trans.
Also, extending the forks SEVERELY and I stress SEVERELY affects the handling by changing the rake and trail of the steering neck geometry. To properly extend the forks and retain good handling, you basically have to cut off the steering neck, re-angle and re-align it, then weld it back into place. This only changes the rake, to get proper trail, specially designed raked triple trees must be used, and this is trial and error sometimes, meaning numerous tree changes until the trail is correct. There is an aftermarket company making a bolt-on chopper front end kit that uses offset neck bearings, but after installing 2 of these kits on a Sportster and a Softail, I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, they handle like $hlT (and I am used to riding bikes with 10-12" over forks that have a 8-9 feet wheelbase).
You are simply better off replacing the frame with a rolling chassis that was DESIGNED for the style you want. By the time you spend $5000-10,000 and get done cutting, chopping, modifying, welding, painting and powdercoating, it's cheaper, easier, faster and SAFER to replace the entire chassis.
