you don't change your tires when your tire is bald, you change them when the tread is low. if its already past the wear indicators, your asking for trouble if trying to drive in snow. snow chains would help, but you also have to think about stopping the car. snow chains help with acceleration...

well personaly i think you shouldn't. insurance is gonna cost a lot cause its a two door sports car. also gas, and to buy an s2000 isn't the most expensive, but it definitely isn't the cheapest.

YES!!! you should get good snow tires. a miata is expected to be horrible with all seasons because its rwd which is bad in snow. and to make it even worse, its a light car, so it will have less traction when its slippery. snow tires will prevent you from getting stuck, and as you said, sliding...

i'm not like that, how dare you! :O jks, but yea i don't get how some people like civics... not all young people though, i know some friends who despise civics too, but like stuff like evos, gt-rs, z cars, etc. i have nothing against civics and all those cars, but if you start souping it up...

i don't see that. infact all our cars are toyotas and i wonder the same thing about other people regardless of make. that's just silly to think driving a certain car will make your reaction time to lights slower.

i'd rather go with the escape cause its a hybrid. even though i like toyotas more.
