after someone has been convicted and sentenced in a criminal court for fish and game violations, would it not be possible or feasable to turn around and sue them in a civil action?
many judges are notoriously lenient on these types of violations.

l don't think clams are a preferred bait or food for bluefish. not too sure about stripers either. but stripers do pick up nightcrawlers off the bottom in fresh water, so who knows?
