Usually, in most states, you can have the roof fixed and then subtract the amount it costs you from the rent. You can't just not pay the rent. You need to be sure you've sent your landlord notice in writing that the roof has been damaged since, (the date), and he has until, (about two weeks)...
Hook an antenna up to the tv. Then do a channel scan according to the owner's manual instructions. If you don't have the owner's manual, look it up online.
Previous answer is perfect. But you need to tell us how you have your wii plugged into your tv, then we can advise.
You should have a cable with 5 leads. It's component, red/green/blue for video, then a red/black for audio. As he said, be sure the the same leads are connected from the wii...
Check the tv's main menu by pressing the menu key on the remote, then the video section. Tho the problem can also be that you have some zoom enabled, so try pressing the zoom key to see if you can get the pic to fit better. If the tv is HD, if you are feeding it an SD signal, that can also...
Neither LG nor Panasonic is consider a top tier LCD maker. Samsung and Sony are the top two. Between your two choices, LG is probably better but not really good.
Sounds like squash beetles. And they are called that cause they like the veggies in the squash family, zuchinni and pumpkin are some of their favorites.
You can spray them with some Safer Brand organic Pesticidal Soap and some will die, but mostly you have to squash them by hand and remove...
If you are using an HDMI cable, that would be a handshake issue. Try using red/green/blue component cables instead. You will get the same high quality HD picture without the problems of HDMI.
They sell curtain rods with strong springs inside them which you can extend on the inside of the window casing, if you have an inside piece of wall to hold it. That would require no screws. Other than that, if you could drill one hole, that means that possibly, if you move about 6" one way or...
It sounds like you have done about everything normally suggested. But I don't see where you tried plugging your things directly into the outlet, bypassing the surge protector, just for testing. Maybe the protector is malfunctioning. And also maybe run an extension cord to another outlet...

Depends on how far you will be sitting from the tv. Closer than 6', 1080p will provide less eye strain. More than 6', larger than 26 is a must, but you could go with a 720p. Tho I don't like plasma, if you do, they are cheaper and you could get a larger tv.
FIOS is much better. Fiber optic cable to your house allows you to get uncompressed HD signals. So the pic is better. Regular tv is better as well. I've had both and I can tell you, go with FIOS for sure.

Samsung LCDs are excellent. You will get a better pic than with a Tosh. The Sammy C, 2010 models have just come out so if you look around some more you may be able to find the B, 2009 models at better prices than before. Go with the Sammy.
