I want to draw a cartoony animated character on an animated clip. Example lets say twilight, I want to draw spongebob in the background doing something stupid. that way when i watch twilight, i can see my animated spongebob in the background doing funny things.

i told my brother not to use my sony bluetooth for his ps3, he did anyway. now im tryin to reconnect into my ps3 but it does not respond at all, not even to my brother's system anymore. what to do?

I heard flash 7 lets me make cartoons so i downloaded it, now it has so many files in it i dont know what to click on to install, do you? and if this program's too old to use, do you know any other animation software out there? make sure its cheap or free.
