can you make songs as ringtones on the t-mobile sidekick 4g? if so, how?

Changing sprint number and get it with T-Mobile?
It is possible to retrieve the number with T Mobile. I doubt though if they have the knowledge on how to do. They fire their employees if they stay on the phone for more than 10 minutes and reward those who hang up on the customers.
