Changing sprint number and get it with T-Mobile?

Ok. So I am in a contract with Sprint and I want to switch to T-Mobile with my same number.I don't want to break the contract or cancel but I really want a phone that T-Mobile has. Can I call sprint and change numbers and go to T-Mobile and get the number I had before. How possible is this?
 
It is possible to retrieve the number with T Mobile. I doubt though if they have the knowledge on how to do. They fire their employees if they stay on the phone for more than 10 minutes and reward those who hang up on the customers.
T Mobile needs to go into the number pool and reserve the number to your account then you can port it out since TM is going out of business.

Sprint bought out T-mobile so you can't actually switch to T-mobile but sprint also probably took some of their phone designs to.
