    You are not running with the Scrip Blocker plugin are you? If you are, you will have to right click on the "S" on the lower right corner of the screen and temporarily allow scrips. If that is not the problem - download the flash plugin for Firefox...

    The message you are getting is that you have 30 days to activate or register your copy of Windows. You can do this over the Internet by either clicking on the message or going to Start - Programs - Activate Windows. I recommend you just activate without registering - and do it by your Internet...

    You are wise to be concerned about static shock - especially when you are talking expensive video cards. In the absence of a anti-static bracelet - ground one hand to the metal portion of your computer case.
