yes you can. i have a copy on mine.
use a program like iso buster to make a copy of the disk image (it will save it as an ISO)
on the computer you installing it on, you need a program like daemon tools to mount the image (tricks your computer into thinking there is a CD drive with Microsfot Office 07 in it. then you can install it like any other program.
if you mean can you install it on a flash drive so that you can just plug it into a computer and run it from the flash drive, look into portable apps. you can get a portable version of open office and might be able to install office 07.
