you can do that but the steering wheel and brakes will be locked. a friend of mine had a mini cooper and did that on a highway and he died and i survived because we smashed into a truck.

it might be the pads again coz obviously you are doing too much mileage and braking so it might be finished again but try to go to workshop or maybe to the Honda dealer or workshop they might adjust the braking on both wheels equally which will not harm ur wheel again
