Honda Civic Si 2002, do not want to go over 4000 Rpm at any shift?

I install a turbo a while ago and a did not have any problem until resently that the car when it get warm do not want to go over 4000 RPM in any shift I change the fuel injection sensor and nothig I wonder if this have something to do with the computer?
 
The problem is with your ECU really. You can visit any shop that reconfigure or restart your computer chip, you might need to change it by the way.
