i need help from a person thats great with subs and amps for cars!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Im thinking about getting 2 JL Audio 12W3v3-4 subs for my scion Tc but i don't know what kind of amp i should get=[. The greatest thing that concerns me is the quality of the sound and bass. i like clean cut sound and bass!!!!!
