You most likely have a cracked head or leaking head gasket. Compression pressure can enter the cooling system and cause it to overheat and boil over into the coolant reservoir without mixing oil and coolant, or vice versa.
If it has been sitting any amount of time, there id probably trash in the carb(s). Personally, I would not pay that much for it if it was not running properly.
260 DEGREES?! Have you tried a thermostat? If you have ran it that hot, you may have done some major damage already. I would try putting a thermostat in it first and see what it does. If you have done ant damage, it should show itself shortly after you start it to refill the cooling system.

One of your ABS sensors has probably gone bad. I'm pretty sure there is one at each wheel in the front and one in the back. Before replacing one I would be sure that all the connections are clean and tight.
