I have both a android and blackberry I love the android for the apps and the blackberry for the music player... it supports more formats, but i would go with the android because over all it's a better phone, easier operating system more customization

You do not have to get it unlocked just pop your tmobile sim into the tmobile phone and it should work.

It has to be configured to at&t try looking on their website for configurations or you can call i know tmobile provides them for unlocked at&t phones so i'd think it'd be the other way around also.

You can get the cliq without the internet you just have to pay full retail price for the phone because a contract requires the data service. Also, not all web functions work off wi-fi.
