I downloaded the firmware for the J6480 and flashed it. The flashing process halted mid-way through and bricked the printer. Any ideas? I tried to unplug it overnight and restart the flashing process from scratch and it halts mid-way every time. This thing is now a paperweight...sigh.

depends on the turbo. with a mid sized turbo your lookin at about 8psi. 10psi tops. get a better head gasket and head studs and it could hold 10psi fine. again, depending on the size of the turbo. yes the wastegate controls boost. either an internal wg on the turbo or an external wg on the...

well first where was it leaking water from? that needs to be fixed. the cooling system needs to be pressurized to cool and if its leaking.. it cant. the heater problem sounds like you may have a stuck thermostat.
