First of all it is bad luck for the groom to see the bride in her wedding dress anytime before the wedding. Secondly, you want to surprise him. It is okay to show him dresses you were thinking about and see what he thinks but never tell him what you bought, are buying or let him see the dress.

I would probably puke myself and then pray to God that the venue had a shower and friends had extra clothes!!!
