Thats going to be tough. Im sure you looked into custom paint jobs already. Well you could try and contact the factory of the bike you want and see if they could do a special color for an additional charge. Brands like Transition has all sorts of wild colors of all their products and tons of...

but you would screw everything up. and you would most likely break your frame. along with your body. Plus your geometry would be phuked up for real. Save your money and buy a better bike or go on ebay and find a higher end used fork with 80-100...
Sure why not. Some days I wish I had little basket on my mtb for all the little artifacts I find on the trail. Maybe on the bars. or if there are brackets on the seat stays perhaps there. Just get creative because you already want a basket
There are so many great bikes out there that dont cost tons of money.
Trek, Giant, Specialized all those brands make totally awesome bikes in all price ranges.

I would stop looking at a Walmart bike now.
If you want a road bike to ride on the road look at a cyclocross bike its pretty much a road bike but beefed up some. Or just get a touring bike or a mtb with slick tires
