dang, you must have gone to a station that has had the pump rebuilt lately and when it was re-installed they got the wiring backwards and now it sucks gas from your tank instead of pumping gas into it. go complain to the owner ot the station!

yes you can but you will have to hook up a water hose to it for cooling purposes. also since the motor has not been used in 2 years, hopefully the fuel was drained from it before it was stored or else you will have to have the carb cleaned as gas that sits turns bad after a while gunking up the carb

in most states no you do not need a license under 50cc. but you may want to check local laws in your area. some municipalities have made laws regarding pocket bikes since they are so hard to see and a few bad eggs have spoiled it for all by terrorizing sidewalks with them.
