I use voice to text for emails and text messaging. It's about 90% accurate; however, terrible with some words. It will put "me" instead of "maine", etc. I used to use Dragon Naturally Speaking on my computer, and part of it was teaching it how to recognize your voice and every time you used it...
applications can help with this? I looked through Marketplace and didn’t see anything. I’ll pay for the app if I have to. Let me know if you can think of anything.

...exclamation point? I’m in sales and frequently have to email potential clients after speaking with them. Most of these emails that I’m sending are to people I’ve never spoken to before that moment and in all likelihood have spent less than 10 minutes with them on the phone.

Tell the owner and say you will be speaking to them about their behavior. I can't write the whole speech for you but it needs to be a serious focus of your next meeting.
Test the waters by first letting everyone know that you'll be meeting with each of them individually over the next few weeks...
