What would that replace on my bike, im looking to just completely replace the back plastic and give it a sleeker look. Would this do just that?

my bike has been having issues with staying at idle. when i first start it it does, but then it will just die after i drive it a little distance and dont keep on the gas the whole time.

im looking into a 95 zx6 that needs a new fuel pump, how much am i looking at to replace this?
