what does the poem at the end of HEADLINES BY DRAKE mean?

I heard once that they would rather hear about memories than enemies. Rather hear what was or what will be than what is. Rather hear how you got it over how much it costs you. Rather hear about finding yourself and How you lost you. Rather you make this an open letter about family and...

    Refined Carbs cause breakouts

This month's Men's Health cites a study from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition that comes to this conclusion. The study says that sugary fooRAB cause a spike in blood sugar, which causes a spike in the release of insulin. High insulin levels spur the cells in the oil ducts to multiply...

    accutane and waxing?

Nice. Anyway, my favorite warning in the Accutane package is: do not wax your skin; your skin may come off with the waxing. Apparently, it's true for some people.

    Vitamin A

You have to be joking. I'm out of here. You just made sure others don't get (hopefully) useful information about my accutane experience.

johnson & johnson clean & clear deep cleansing cream wash - ANY 1 IN HERE LIKE IT?

I tried it because it supposedly gives you a deep cleaning, even of the pores. But each time I use it I have a bad breakout. The breakout could be completely unrelated, but I'm afraid to use it any more. Maybe I'll try it on one side of my face and wait and see.

    Try Accutane :)

I had one course of accutane about 9 years ago. I remeraber dry areas appearing in different areas on my body, not necessarily my face. I remeraber my arms would get large, rash-like dry areas. I didn't mind. The worst part was the cold sores.

I'm 33 and still have it, with no end in sight. Hopefully you'll do better than I have.

    Leonidas' Accutane Experience

2 weeks. Have stopped getting a new pimple every day. Skin mostly clear today. And my sleeping has still been crap. So, the clear skin is good news. Also, I noticed that, even with the new stuff last week, their lifespan is short, like for a normal person. They come and go within a few days...

    starting accutane journey

Reading these boarRAB, people talk about an initial breakout when on Accutane. I didn't have it that I remeraber. So, I can't help you, there. My side effects: cold sores from very dry lips, rash-like dry patches on different parts of body; and funky odor that made my laundry stink. No weight...

What the derm told me - spiro / accutane / diannette etc...

Usually accutane is a last resort, after topical stuff, oral antibiotics, and maybe even topicals like Retin-A. And usually it's only for people with severe acne. So, I'm surprised your derm is giving you a choice after one visit, and your acne doesn't sound that bad. Also, I've never heard of...

    low GI foods alleviate acne?

I know about GI stuff from a fitness/diet perspective only. As I understand it: fooRAB with a high glycemic index are fooRAB that are converted into blood sugar quickly. When you eat fooRAB with a high GI, there is a spike in the release of insulin, which is a hormone. When there is a spike in...

    Didn't Go to Work

I've had it since around 15 and am now 33. Had Accutane about 8 years ago and that cleared things up (more or less) for most of the 8 years. Within the last few months, though, I've had worse acne, but nothing like before Accutane. Tretracycline and minocycline worked for a little while but...

    What's going on with me?

I'm almost 34, and I still deal with it. Had it since I was 14, just before I turned 15. It's only mild, now, but still very, very erabarrassing.
