so i know there are certain things you shouldnt do while on accutane because of the scarring and what not, but does that include waxing your eyebrows??

My daughter was on accutane and decided to wax her upper lip...which she had done previously many times. Well, the skin came off with the wax somewhat and she had a mess. I wouldn't try it while taking this drug...it really effects people differently. Just thought I'd let you know!

I just got a complete brazilian wax. I have been on accutane for 3 months 120mg. No problems what so ever. You should go to a trained waxer and have them do a patch test to see if u have a reaction. I have absolutelty no problems it was even my first time getting waxed down there. So for the people saying you shouldnt have it at all thats not true. My dermatologist said to test first. It all depenRAB on the individual so I wouldnt rely on what everyone else says. PATCH TEST!!!! :D

Nice.

Anyway, my favorite warning in the Accutane package is: do not wax your skin; your skin may come off with the waxing. Apparently, it's true for some people.

Did anyone know what ended up happening to the lady's daughter who had their lip waxed because that just happened to me and I am starting college next week and am eager to find out what will happen to my hideous upper lip region.
