am I the only male at 23 with acne???

I remeraber coming here complaining years ago about my acne and I am still having problems! It is all so distressing!

im 23 and a half and I just dont know what to do. Ive been only minocycline and doxycycline most recently but i really dont think they helped much at all. Funny thing is like 2 months ago without any meRAB my skin was almost completely clear and then all of a sudden BOOM!! bad again and i have no idea why. All im doing atm is using cetaphil cleanser, taking fish oil and drinking lotsa water and avoiding bad fooRAB but not taking any drugs.

Its just so erabarrassing to have this problem at this age when it seems like just about every guy is over it. I have a damn skin condition called psoriasis aswell and you would think that would be enough! I have like 0 confidence with girls atm and it hurts because behind this fkn acne im a pretty good looking guy and its so frustrating that I have to continually deal with this when after so many times i think its finally getting better.

*sigh* life is a cruel ***** sometimes but what the hell can I do?
 
I am in the same boat pretty much. I'll be 22 in Noveraber and I've had acne for the last half of my life at least. Sometimes for awhile it seems like it's going away but it never does. Ever since I started college it's very rare that I see anyone else with acne which makes it even more frustrating. Lately I have actually been considering accutane even though I've pretty much sworn to myself that I'd never take it.
 
i do not know if that makes you feel better, but i had acne until i was 25. now i am 28 and do not have acne anymore. i think sometimes one just has to wait.
