    Why is it even up for debate? LoL...because that supposedly 3% Spanish mestizos in P.I. is just an estimation, an approx..."no one" knows the "exact" percentage of them...for some people it seem less...for others it seem more.....I was born there, I honestly think it should be a little higher...
