Hi, I'm making a video for school in adobe after effects but i cant add anything past 18 seconds and when it hits 18 seconds my composition just restarts, my video has to be 1 minute long, how do i extend the composition to one minute in lenght?

i am wondering which technique is better in order to cycle a tank. Using fish food or a piece of shrimp. i know you can use pure ammonia but i do not have access to that

so i just finished setting up my whole tank. Now i need to start the nitrogen cycle.Is there any way i can release ammonia in the tank without pure ammonia or using fish. some people suggested putting fish food so it can decompose.some used raw shrimp. what would be the best way. i can go with...

i would be pleased if any of you guys take me to a step by step guide in cycling a tank with fish food or raw shrimp ect. i have no acess to pure ammonia. if i have to i can get some fish to cycle the tank.
