do you have it in a bowl? at least put a lid on that bowl if you are going to be ignorant enough to use one. if you dont use a bowl, still put a lid on it! its wound, try medicating it, you would usually mention how long ago this one day was, and would mention and ask about it that one day.

well to answer your question beta fish are tropical fish so technically yes because it has to be tropical fish food to feed beta's so in essence yes you can but i dont recomend it, if its a simple weekend vacay then feed them regularly until you leave, then they can slim down and eat heartily...

they usually strip it of its slime coat, inject it with the dyes and such, and then put it in a water solution to grow its slime coat back so that the color cant diffuse out of the fish because the slime coat stops it, either way it can and will have diverse effects on the fish such as stunted...

well goldfish arent such a big deal, what kind of friend shows up to someones house and dumps animals on them? sounds stupid and aggrivating. if its 2 regular goldfish go out and buy a 20 gallon tank a filter for them possibly a stand unless you have the counter space, some gravel to correctly...

the breeding net is for livebearing mothers to give birth...not to actually put the fish in to breed...wait for a guppy, molly, swordtail to get pregnant, wait a month, put her in that, take her out when the babies are born..not egglayers
