the compiled Old Testament was written by many different authors during a long period of time. it's doctrine is consistent.
they were compiled by the jews so that they may live by it. leviticus is a book within the Old Testament books that tell the jews how to conduct their spiritual lives.
I've seen this brought up before and it makes no sense to me. If there are no other options besides intelligent design or evolution for how our universe came to be then how is it possible for an atheist, one who does not believe in a god, to not believe in evolution?
