    I have a Sanyo MVP, I guess it is the same as the MM9000. Well my problem is that the Computer detects it as a Modem and as a COM Port and I have all the settings like I do any other Sanyo Phone, but none of the programs I have will detect the phone...     Activating a new phone on existing account?

    No way around the charge. The phone won't work until customer service activates the ESN of the phone on your existing account. It's only $15, way easier than doing something illegal.
