Cricket in dallas

Metro is pissing me off this whole no phone but their own and i mean yeah service here is great but i want a razr2 does anyone know if cricket will ever come to dallas tx..

No. Aside from the fact that Cricket doesn't hold a license for Dallas, they generally try not to compete with metroPCS as they're essentially vying for the same segment of the market and it makes more sense economically for Cricket to build out markets that metroPCS isn't interested in.

i don't think you'll ever see cricket jump in with metro.

Well hell is there anyway to get cricket and use it in dallas and not have to pay an outrageous price

yes...move to houston or austin or sa and pretend you're still in dallas...lol

on a serious note, you'll have to pay roaming in dallas for any minutes used and that would equivilate an outrageous price.

yeah... actually metro is already in vegas...just looked at their coverage...i meant that cricket probably wouldn't jump into a market where metro already had pre-existing dominance...not that they wouldn't launch there at the same time...

i may be wrong about that as well seeing that metro already has coverage all over vegas and cricket does not...but if metro just launched it, then it would still be feasible for cricket to jump in there...

i just don't think cricket wants to jump in a market where metro already has the majority of what would potentioally be their customer base...

not saying that it couldn't happen, just that it wouldn't be a good move.
