    The school and immigration system are separate. Schools themselves do not report illegals. However, many times other parents find out about the situation and do reporting of their own. U.S. tax paying citizens are fed up with illegals and their offspring reaping undeserved rewards at their cost.

    Was this stream private property. If it was not then the dog should have been on a leash. However, it seems you were not injured so no biggie. Had you shot the dog, it would be you in serious trouble. If you are scared, carry mace or something. And it is "loose" not "lose".

    Nah, your actions. You sign an agreement like two times saying your electronic signature is you. Before you can even get to that part you have to enter secure data. You can try if you must, but technically it is legal. Second guessing yourself online does not make your actions any less legal.
