I didn't think so. It was long, but not Return of the King long I think it just seemed long because there was so much going on throughout the whole movie and then it slowed down a bit in the last 10-15 minutes. It needed that ending though.

I think it might be in Season 13 (though I don't recall which episode) where we see that Homer has an entire umbrella stand full of pennants for any occasion. After that, I think they retired the gag for good.

Not to mention the #1 PG-13 animated film at the American box office.
