i'm arguing that seeing a movie in a theater is a completly different experience than watching it at home.

to compare a performance of an actor that you saw at a theater to a performance you only saw on the small screen is an unfair comparison, IMO.

i think i've made my position pretty clear. why are you having trouble understanding what i'm saying? quote what part was confusing to you and i'll clear it up.
 
Some people enjoy the atmosphere I guess. Or, to be the first few that watch it.

Kinda like how people stand in line for electronics and shit.


I personally hate people so I try to go when the crowd is light.
 
jesus some of you people are stupid. i mean, i've stated my argument very clearly multiple times in this thread. here i'll do it once more:

Watching a movie in a theater is much different than watching it at home on the small screen. I'll trust the opinion of someone that was old enough to see both movies in theater and properly appriciate them over someone that wasn't.

if you guys don't agree with me, that's fine. however, if you honestly don't know what my argument is by this point, you are as dumb as a bag of rocks.

beyond that, i never said people aren't entitiled to have their own opinion. i haven't once in this thread called someone's opinion on who was the better joker as "wrong".

however, just as *you* are allowed to have your own opinion, i'm allowed to decide how much faith *i* want to put in it. you disagree?
 
I didn't think so. It was long, but not Return of the King long

I think it just seemed long because there was so much going on throughout the whole movie and then it slowed down a bit in the last 10-15 minutes. It needed that ending though.

i can get tickets for tonight at the mall and my friend said he wanted to go but hes at work right now and im not sure when hes getting in so i cant buy them yet
