    fix a dead flash drive? wont even show up...?

    try it in a different pc. if it is physically damaged then you my need to do some soldering if you can.i have done this b4 with a spare usb cable and put it in place of the usb jack then hot glued it into a gutted mac mouse.

    after i copy a file to my flash drive, it will not let me open it. it asked me what program will i use to open it, also the file will be all garble up
